    Calibration results of the advanced visible and near infrared radiometer (AVNIR) onboard ADEOS is presented. External calibration results using the JPL´s AVIRIS underflights has been summarized and the calibration coefficients were presented for the multispectral bands. The image quality of the AVNIR is summarized
