Abstract :
This paper presents a novel low cost integrated 18 to 40 GHz wideband compact filter bank module. The switched filter bank consists of three channels. The filter consists of nine side-coupled sections. Wide band MMIC switches are employed to select the required channel. The pass band bandwidth of each channel is around 8 GHz. The Insertion Loss is around 12 dB with plusmn1 dB flatness. The rejection at plusmn7 GHz from center frequency is 40 dB. The Rejection at +11 GHz from center frequency is around 60 dB. The Filter Bank dimensions are 20times50times10 mm.
