Abstract :
In order to obtain a load model of China´s South HEBEI power system, a load data recording system was developed at the Yu Zhuang substation. The system monitored the load at the 110 kV level for one year and accumulated a large number of load data. This paper analyzes the recorded data, estimates the load static parameters of this point and presents an approach to acquire load static data at low voltage
