  • Abstract
    A dual linear-polarized dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) reflectarray is presented. The rectangular DRA unit cell includes a windmill-shaped slot in its ground-plane. The results of the reflectarray are validated using the transmission-line method. The fabricated unit cell´s phase response was measured in WR90. The proposed reflectarray exhibits a greater linearity compared to previous work, and therefore a wider bandwidth. An X-band 225-element reflectarray using the proposed unit cell was analyzed using finite integration technique. Results show the reflectarray´s 3-dB gain bandwidth and radiation efficiency are 13.56% and 55.48%, respectively.
