Abstract :
We have designed, built and tested a micro fluidic system from poly(dimethylsiloxane) capable of culturing individual, preimplantation mouse embryos. The embryos are held stationary in “parking places” while media flows over them. The channels are 200 μm deep and 200 μm wide
