Abstract

Through this paper we intend to provide an outline of the various applications of the approach bond graph, to model the manufacturing systems, in order to improve their operation or to help the decision making. Three types of applications are presented with their specificities and their limitations, making it possible to emphasize a certain number of attractive ideas. In order to open prospects towards robust control for these systems, and to allow the bond graphs to reveal all their power, we propose an application bond graph, which deals with integration as of the modelling phase, of the information flow jointly with the functional aspect evaluated regarding the technological and economic criteria
