Abstract :
Free pendulum balance control is the practical application of control theory, has a certain practical value. Single chip microcomputer(SCM) based free pendulum balance control system is fulfilled on laboratory equipment to control the free swinging end tablet equilibrium state, or make the tablet reach a preset angle position, and then realize the accurate automatic control. In this system the main control circuit is based on single chip, sampling is implemented by the angle sensor, software is realized on PID arithmetic, and control command drive motor, so that the whole system run smoothly and achieve the predetermined requirements. By practical testing, the system can realize the control on equilibrium of tablet, when a laser pen is placed on the tablet, the system also can achieve the light spot aiming control. The whole system is stable, in the industry control and robot field has certain reference significance.
