Abstract
In this paper, we deal with realization problem of a given real rational function by employing the structure of chain scattering network for load distribution of signal processing. The network is constructed by interpolation data set for a given function and the complexity of the resultant network much depends on its choice. We then introduce a notion of degree decreasing interpolation circuit which excludes unnecessary complexity of the realization and derive several conditions for interpolation data or the given function in order to realize this particular circuit.
