Abstract :
The characteristics of rectangular waveguides with curved corners is studied. For describing the geometry of the curved-corner rectangular waveguides, the superquadric form is applied. The Rayleigh-Ritz method is used to study the characteristics of the curved corner waveguide. Finally the results are compared with those obtained by the Ritz-Galerkin method and step approximations.
