Abstract :
Population analysis quantifies the between-subjects variability in dynamic studies such as tracer (kinetics) or drug (pharmacokinetics) administration, We present here a program, POP3CM, which performs both simulation and analysis of population transient data based on a variety of maximum likelihood estimation methods
