Abstract :
The dielectric image Green´s function method with point matching is used to analyze and calculate the capacitance and conductance of the coplanar transmission lines on semiconducting substrate as operating frequency changes from 0 to 20 GHz. In order to improve the computation efficiency, the Pade approximation is applied to deal with infinite series of complex dielectric image Green´s functions. The validity of the method is proved by comparison with experiment data gained from chip measurement and the results obtained from SDA and quasi-analytical analysis.
