Abstract :
In the 21st Century, with the continuous development of the economy and society, expanding cities, urban traffic congestion has become a constraining one of the important issues of urban development. Simply relying on increasing the supply of transportation has already been proven to be unfeasible. Congestion pricing as an effective traffic demand management tool, attracts worldwide attention. 1870s, congestion pricing has begun in Singapore and has achieved good results. Up to now, more than 10 major cities in the world operate it successfully. Based on the successful experience at home and abroad, urban road related congestion pricing problems were studied in this paper.
