Abstract :
The connotation of airline pilot safety ability was defined, Airline pilot safety ability evaluation index system was constructed by analyzing the inner qualities factors and other influence factors which decide the airline pilot safety ability in the eyes of psychology and human resources management and combining with the airline pilot´s professional feature. The evaluation index system includes two Second Index which are the inner qualities and influence factors, two Third Index which are knowledge, skills, emotional quality, safety consciousness, safety attitude, physiology, working environment, and organizational management factors, and seventeen Forth Index. The weight of each index was determined by using judgment table method. The airline pilot safety ability was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model can reflect a pilot´s safety ability objectively. In this model we can find the factors which constraint or ascend pilot safety ability. The model provides the airline company a scientific basis to take effective measures to improve the pilot safety ability.
