Abstract
In this paper, the peculiarity of the zone spectrum formation of the semiconductor-dielectric periodic structure in the magnetic field when omegaH > omegaP was investigated. Main result of our work is that we have proposed and have proved a method of separation of the periodic structure full spectrum into structure eigen modes. It is based on the analysis of the field distribution in the vicinity of the crossing or touching regions.
