Abstract :
This paper proposed a congestion road pricing model using membrane computing (P system) for urban traffic congestion. In considering the case of congestion pricing, the traveler´s travel decision-making model was established. This decision-making model and communication P systems integration, to get dynamically adjustable city congestion pricing algorithm, and a simple case was given, the simulation shows that this is a feasible idea.
