Abstract :
Management information systems which give considerable effects on business management are operated commonly with ICT infrastructures such as wired/wireless information network. Since installation of such ICT infrastructures takes large amount of time and expenditure, the selection of installation area is an important issue. Taking thousands of municipal areas in nationwide, we spend an immense amount of time to select areas with considering how to estimate the potential demand and how to diffuse the installation. This paper proposes the new framework of micro area marketing with service diffusion and potential demand forecast. Moreover, micro area selection method is constructed under the assumption in which service reputation using ICT infrastructure propagates based on commuting flows. The considerations with the method are given for WiMAX and LTE.
