Abstract
Nowadays, with the rapid development of the logistics industry, the high-efficiently automatic picking system in modern distribution centers have brought forward tougher requirements to the replenishment operations. But most experts are still focusing on the study of picking system. Based on former findings, this paper firstly analyzed the mode of the replenishment operation and departed it into two parts. Secondly, models were built to optimize the mode of replenishment operation which made use of the TSP theory and the Queuing theory model.
