Abstract :
This paper describes the design considerations and architectures for an RF transceiver of TD-SCDMA UE, the 3G standard proposed by China CWTS. The main RF constraints for a TD-SCDMA UE transceiver is described with its influences on design, all requirements are derived based on specification and simulation results and suitable architectures for both receiver and transmitter are also presented.
