Abstract :
Now, the application of the dissipative structure theory, cooperate theory and chaos theory in management domain is deeply studied and broadly extended in west management. But in China, it is not so. This paper introduces the application in briefly. The effect of the application of the dissipative structure theory, cooperate theory and chaos theory on Chinese enterprises management´s reform also is discussed.
