Abstract
The authors have previously presented the generalized eigen-system (GES) approach as an alternative to standard techniques, such as truncated singular value decomposition and Tikhonov regularization methods, for estimating the epicardial potentials based on measured body surface data. In this study, the authors compare GES to zero order Tathonov regularization on a related inverse problem, that of estimating endocardial potentials based on measured potentials from an intracavitary probe
