Abstract :
Based on the particularity of Electric Motor Drive System (EMDS) in hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), faults are classified into hard fault and soft fault in this paper. Moreover a soft fault-tolerant control strategy for the electric motor drive system of HEV was presented. The power source fault tolerant control of the electric motor drive system in HEV was analyzed in detail.
