Abstract :
The computational effort for genomic processing is observed to be very high time consuming due to larger data set. The clustering based approach or the hierarchical ordering approaches for a mining issue is observed slower. To improve the performance of a genomic processing operation in automated application rather to system level modification, in this paper we present a new modeling of data representation using multi level representation. An approach to the processing of such a multi level representation is developed and evaluated over variable genomic data sets. The performance is observed with comparison to the existing cluster and hierarchal processing approaches
