Abstract
This paper presents a protection of broadcasting service using MPEG-2 multicast streaming in environment of IP based set-top box (STB). This protection scheme is free of key synchronization problem of digital rights management (DRM) system and more efficient than condition access system (CAS) in bandwidth respect.
