Abstract :
Structure chart of offered variable beam width antenna for ground-based station is presented. Antenna contains a set of N (N>2) diffraction grating distributed on rotating cylinder (drum) and a linear dielectric wave-guide located along focal axes of the receiving parabolic-cylindrical reflector. Antenna operation, when it is amounting into communication line ground-based station, could be executed on the base of real-time UAV position data, which could be obtained, for example, from GPS receivers located in both stations, or contrary on the base of output information obtained from ground based UAV tracking.
