Abstract :
Image features are feature points or feature boundaries using the B-spline active contour method. Elastic deformation, the deformation based on surface spline interpolation, and the local dynamic deformation methods are proposed. We have made some studies in medical image deformation and registration, and used image fusion and composition to obtain an enhanced and reasonable image representation. These methods have been used in multimodality medical image registration such as image and atlas data registration
