Abstract
Among a variety of SHF devices types a promising trend of SHF devices with non-equidistant components arrangement is being developed. The non-equidistant components arrangement application improves SHF devices technological effectiveness, simplifies their practical realization and, besides, according to the law of non-equidistant components arrangement it gives a number of other advantages. In addition, equicomponential non-equidistant directional coupler (NonEDC) besides their technological effectiveness possesses such an advantage as the lack of amplitude distribution dispersion conditioned by coupling components (CCs) dimensions.
