Abstract :
A method of obtaining numerical uniform theory of diffraction (UTD) diffraction coefficients for irregular dielectric wedges was presented in this paper. It is based on solution of differential equation for the edge wave in the vicinity of the edge using finite element method (FEM). The method also allows obtaining excitation coefficients of the surface waves.
