Abstract
The development of high-sensitive direct detection radiometric modules with low-noise input amplifiers in 5 mm wave band is discussed. Two versions of modules have been developed. The module designed for atmospheric investigation operated in frequency band 56.6 plusmn 0.25 GHz and had temperature sensitivity 35 mK/Hz1/2. The module for biological investigation operated in frequency band 60...65 GHz and had temperature sensitivity 12 mK/Hz1/2.
