Abstract :
In this paper, we proposed an approach of the multi-level ranking autism susceptibility genes based on different models for exploring the genetic complexity of autism. Our approach is divided into two phases. In the first prioritization phase, we extracted and prioritized genes from a large volume of biomedical literatures. These genes extracted were separated into seeds and candidates. In the secondary prioritization phase, we used seed genes to further prioritize candidates based on Endeavour. Experimental results show the approach is promising for extracting and predicting autism susceptibility genes.
