Abstract :
The article develops method for solving diffraction problems on real optical planar structures. The periodic structure used in the study consists of aluminium and silica. The wavelength dependences of the permittivities of both materials are measured. The combined pseudo-spectral time domain-finite differences time domain (PSTD-FDTD) technique is used to solve the diffraction problem.
