Abstract :
By using the existing cellular network, measuring the location characteristic parameters TOA and TDOA of mobile terminal, and combining sector information for data fusion, a dynamic positioning algorithm based on the location of a mobile station was constructed, and a modified data fusion model was proposed. By analyzing the Chan algorithm based on TDOA and its characteristics in detail, data fusion of data of the intermediate stage of the process for Chan algorithm was realized. A new method of targeting the cellular network was achieved by the definition of the credibility function. In this paper, the positioning method can provide strong technical support for control and optimization of the logistics enterprises business.
