Abstract
The algorithms suggested in this paper for introducing the physico-geometric information relate both to solutions of integral Maxwell´s equations for problems characterized by charge and current distributions at fractal interfaces between media, and the differential Helmholtz equation with boundary conditions obtained according to the scheme given. We have studied and analysed a new class of artificial waveguides, which can be made of cylindrical waveguides containing homogeneous isotropic artificial materials.
