Abstract
This paper proposes two CMOS bandgap references, which provide a small dependence of the reference voltage on temperature and supply voltage. In order to obtain these small dependencies, a modified bandgap circuit and an autopolarisation crossconexion current source are used. SPICE simulation using MOSIS 0.8μ confirms the theoretical analysis
