Abstract :
Blended learning is the most effective learning method in teaching implementation by comprehensively using different learning theories, technologies & approaches and learning methods. Based on analysis and research on blended learning, in combination with cultivation goal of basic computer teaching, this paper is to build a general blended learning mode suitable for features of basic computer courses and make an important attempt in “VB Language Program Design” with this mode.
