Abstract :
The paper presents a new mixed-mode translinear-C quadrature oscillator employing three multiple output current controlled conveyors (CCCIIs) and two grounded capacitors to realize four high impedance quadarture currents and two quadrature voltage outputs simultaneously. The frequency and condition of oscillation can be independently controlled electronically through the bias currents. PSPICE simulation results are given to verify the proposed circuit.
