Abstract :
Considering the mass-data acquisition, the real-time information transmission, and the complexity of signal process and logic control for flight simulator, this paper presents a distributed data acquisition based on embedded Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology and introduces its topological structure and processing flow for data gathering and transmitting. The paper emphatically discusses the hierarchical signal process from bottom-level signal acquisition to top-level model formulation, including circuit level signal filtering, intermediate level signal conversion, and model level signal processing. The whole procedure of distributed data acquisition and hierarchical signal process ensures the accuracy and stability for timely capturing the operations of training pilot, and establishes the foundation for vivid flying simulation. The scheme has been successfully used in certain type flight simulator. Through the system testing and running actually, the design satisfies the need of all training missions and reaches the desired goal.
