Abstract
With the great development of computer network and communication technology, smart cards have been used more and more popular. How to ensure its secure application and protect its sensitive information becomes the most important problem. Based on elliptic curve cryptosystem, we proposed a new authentication protocol that is built upon two channel model, where mobile telephone and authentication server are used to enhance the authentication among the owner, the client and the server. Compared with previous solutions, the proposed protocol possesses some advantages. It not only realizes the mutual authentication among the smart card, the client and the server, but also provides another interface to the owner. To meet the computation constraint of the mobile telephone, one round trip was designed in the wireless channel.
