Abstract
This paper presents a new innovative terrestrial hybrid TV receiver for automotive and multimedia application. The core of the concept is optimized for global digital and analog TV and radio transmission systems. A novel IF signal processing architecture with integrated selectivity by means of complex mixing, integrated Nyquist slope and tracking filters provides channel filtering, AGC and analog demodulation. The overall system performance will be demonstrated, the advantages of a universe, simplified application is illustrated
