  • Abstract
    Unemployment is one of the major problems in the world, especially in Indonesia. According to the national statistics agency, the number of unemployed in Indonesia in 2010-2012 to reach 8 million people. The low ability of people in the field of web and the availability of qualified teachers and the availability of professional staff time, as well as the lack of developers who create e-learning, especially the use of touch screen technology. NET Framework 4.5 on windows8, is one cause. But in this era, there are opportunities and industry information technology content. In Indonesia, the content industry is growing rapidly, increasing by 50% from 2011 to 2012 because of high demand from the public. To overcome that, we need an education automation, collaboration and community-based environmental and information technology fields. All that can be overcome with the application-based e-learning that iCode. This application will allow users to learn HTML5 anywhere and anytime, even they do not deal directly with the teacher, as represented by the video tutorial. Features of e-learning in the iCode, which users can learn HTML5 programming language, practice the source code (coding) while watching the video tutorials, the user can perform a challenge to test their understanding and generate the best value, the user can connect with teachers and other users through social media facebook. The results obtained after the application iCode, there is an increase in learning and motivation to learn the language HTML5 users where users are playing games during a.
