Abstract
As the energy market develops and the cost of electrical energy continue to rise, more emphasis is being placed on the accuracy of current measuring transformers. As such, a current measuring transformer calibration system was developed at the Ural Research Institute of Metrology. The calibration system consists of an adjustable current source used as the current source of a 50 Hz commercial frequency for specifying current in primary circuits of verifiable and standard transformers, laboratory autotransformers and feed transformer, a comparison device and standard two-stage current transformer used as the measuring standard device.
