Abstract
One of the problems in spacecraft design is ensuring compliance with control requirements through the use of effectors. The effector orientation system provide the control moment by using different principles. Here, the effector considered uses the reactive principle as its basis for controlling moment. Considerable mass reserve can be achieved during calculation and optimization of performance specifications of the engine flywheel in particular by using modern computer-aided facilities. These facilities reduces the time required for device development and improves design quality.
