  • Abstract
With the tremendous increase of online social network users, huge numerous of these users are fond of social network sites and that is due to the fact that these users feel like it is a place where they can be able to spend leisure time, openly share feelings, share ideas freely, and to search for new friends or partners. These web sites grant an opportunity for its users to talk freely and to socialize with new people and to keep in touch or reconnect with current or old friends and families across disperse continents, which normally replaces the traditional methods. These social network sites require extensive investigations and findings on the usability and user experience for effective and successful interaction. However, inadequately, little researches might have previously done on the usability of these social network sites. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed a new model to overly study the usability of these social network sites. We namely called the model “T-Model” as an abbreviation for Test-Model. Fundamentally, this model will enable organizations, companies, and developers to explore the extent of their product usability in short and long terms and to provide feedbacks for serious enhancements. Particularly, in this study, it provides an overview of the user´s behavior (action and output) while communicating in these social network sites. Different usability parameters and principles will be considered. Observation of the interchangeable communications will be captured using Camtasia software. Result and its implications will be discussed in further research.
