Abstract :
A comparative analysis of the electrical and optical characteristics of different kinds of serial semiconducting radiation sources was performed with the aim of evaluating the quality of the semiconducting light sources. The analysis aims to simplify and unify the change process of the traditional light sources by the light-emitting diodes in standard devices.
