Abstract
This paper describes a method for increasing the operational effectiveness of polishing instruments by adjusting the ordering position of the abrasive grain forms. This can be achieved by either sorting the free abrasive grains to some parts, each with its own same form and geometry, or producing abrasive grains with special planning forms. Experimental results show significant improvements in the instrument´s cutting ability, steadfastness, polishing coefficient as well as reduced roughness.
