Problem of the internal toothing synthesis with small difference of the teeth number

Abstract :
The use of positive planetary gears has been limited by the complexity of the problem of internal toothing synthesis when there is a small difference in the number of wheel and pinion gear teeth. While blocking contours can be used to solve the synthesis problem, it has certain disadvantages, particularly because the region inside the blocking contour where all conditions by the toothing quality indications are carried out is too small. To widen this region of problem solving existence of synthesis, the number of output parameters needs to be increased. For the realization of this method, the procedure of random search was used.
