Abstract :
Understanding regulation mechanism of gene expression is the kernel of system biology. Reconstructing genetic regulation network from real gene expression microarray data has draw a lot of attention. Two basic problems for reconstructing genetic regulation network: the network topology and reconstructing method are detailed discussed in this paper. Some possible improved algorithms are proposed.
