Abstract :
For small-and medium-sized enterprises, to strengthen independent innovation capacity is the best way out of dilemma in the context of financial crisis. To improve independent innovation capacity of small-and medium-sized enterprises and realize sustainable development, it is also necessary to break through three major bottlenecks as innovation motivation, innovation risk and innovation capacity. Only when small- and medium-sized enterprises are ldquowilling to innovaterdquo, ldquobold to innovaterdquo and ldquoable to innovaterdquo, can the difficulty of independent innovation of small- and medium-sized enterprises be solved radically.
