Abstract
This paper investigates the densification of metallic powders: Cu, Fe and Ni with fast inclusions diamond, WC, NbC, ZrC and graphite. The formability and composition of the copper with diamond inclusions subjected to a pressure range of 200 to 1000 MPa were examined. The green-sample was calculated based on the assumption that the height of green-sample was equal to its diameter. Investigation of densification of the composition iron and nickel was taken from literature data, where dependence relative density (porosity) from pressure was present. Results show that densification of the nanopowders conforms to the natural laws of forging.
