Abstract :
Based on modeling and simulation of electricity consumption of phone services and quantified social effect by defining an index, an optimal scheme of phone services is proposed in this paper. From the perspective of a comprehensive consideration of both energy and economy, we recommend an optimal scheme of phone services, which consists of 60% people using cell phones while the other 40% people using landlines household-based.
