Abstract :
To strengthen the monitoring major hazard sources effectively and improve the information level of safety management significantly, carrying out the research of major hazard source emergency rescue command information system has practical significance. This paper established the major hazard source emergency rescue command information system consists of census registration system for safe production of enterprise, major hazard source surveillance system, emergency assistant decision-making system, emergency guarantee system, emergency knowledge database, GIS geographic information system and information release system, etc. And put forward the corresponding solutions for its problems in the process of practical application.
